The endangered animal..

Even if there are many kinds of pet available in market, some people still favor in unusual animals. They try to feed these animals like a pet but they don’t insight their animal behavior enough. Because of uniqueness, they seek for the unusual pet, such as; wild animals, snakes, or ocean animals. In my country, unusual pets are popular and spread to the customer who likes unusual animals. Even though, there has a campaign to against illegal, some merchants still sneak to continue their business. For instance, blue-ring squid is very popular in the pet market. It was brought from the deep sea and its poison is more violent than king cobra and no anti-serum. Some of teenagers were killed by this poison. As a result, Thai government has issued the law for protect illegal wild trade. However, people who want to have unusual pet should learn the animal’s behavior and know how to control them from society. Especially, the pet’s owner should have responsibility by keep them in the privacy area if their pets are endangered.

Black Music..

I believe music is influenced for our society. There are many kinds of music in the market which segmentation depends on target groups such as; country, pop, rock, and hip-hop. In this case, it can recognize in hip-hop or black music which was found in Brooklyn, New York. African-American or black people produced black music from their experience. Therefore, some songs were contained by slang or impolite words. Unbelievable, black music became one of the most popular music in our society. It directly affected minor to imitate in behavior. For example, much black music talked about drugs or brutality. Minors tend to believe in the wrong value-judgment or involve with crimes. However, parent should give some advices to their children in value-judgment.

Joy..

Whenever the people have fun, they can feel many kinds of emotion and one of the most emotions is joy. It might be different in many definitions. What is joy? In dictionary, joy means feeling of the great pleasure or happiness or source of pleasure. In my definition, joy is more than source of pleasure. It also contains respondency of human needs because it’s necessary for human needs to connect with other people that are society. For example, when I hang out with my friends, we always share the joke or experience. If I feel exciting or feel good with something, I recognize that isn’t joy but happy. Therefore, joy in my definition have to join with two people or more whether it has activity or not.

The bat cave...

When I was studied in high school, I had joined the Boy Scout which was forced by the Ministry of Education. At the second year, my school assigned location for camping in the natural park where is surrounded with waterfall and caves. I was very exciting because I had stayed overnight outside my home. I chose the best location to pitch a tent for shelter where I took only ten steps to waterfall. The water is very cold that I can steep my soda like steep in refrigerator. I trekked so far to the natural cave, Pha-Tai, where is the ancient cave. Cave structure is horizontal which is full of stalagmite. Because of antique, there are many images of Buddha for traveler to respect. While officer guided in the cave, my friends invited me to go another cave that is opposite this cave, called Bat cave. Unlike the first cave, this structure is vertical. We had three persons with only one flashlight. This cave is totally dark and hard to climb down because it was glissaded with bat excrement. Suddenly, the flashlight was broken and the cave is so complicated. We all had no idea what we wanted to do. I had to pray for the spirit to help us. I wait for a while and then flashlight was working again. I didn’t believe this situation will happened to me that made me scare and unforgettable.

The New Invention..

It would be great if the energy was produced by water. The natural resources were spent enormously in human life. Human tried to seek the natural resources such as oil, mineral as possible. Mining is set throughout the world where the resource has. Because of limited resource, it will be used up as long as human’s consumption increasing. A natural phenomenon will be worse such as tornado, hurricane, flooding and pollution. If scientists can invent a machine, which transform water into energy, many problems will be disappeared. For example: car can use water instead of gasoline or uses with machine in factory. Human will spend money for less because cost of product is reduced. An overflow crisis will never happen, because it is transformed into the energy. Pollution will be destroyed by pure energy. Thus, if these concept was created, our planet will be better for living.

Smoking in Minors...

Have you doubted in the smoking habit in human around you? There are caused from imitating in behavior. Not only closed friends but also Medias, which influence to person’s behavior. Friend is the main factors which can persuade to smoke easily, or minor imitate in celebrity’s behavior. Even if there are many campaigns to fight, smoking rates in minor tend to increase. For minor’s smoking, it will affect in body’s growth, waste the money, and bad personality. Smoking obstructs the mineral’s absorbing in the body. It includes in cancer possibility. It also directly destroys brain development, which causes minors having short memory. Smoking leads to poverty. Especially, if minors are strongly addicted in smoking, paying for cigarette becomes the one of major expenses. Also, smoking will addict in the minor’s habit and causes to poor personality such as bad breath or bad smell of perspiration. Consequently, minor should be protected from smoking.

Male and Female...

For long time ago, Male was a representative of strength. Almost every field of jobs, it was leaded by male such as a commander-in-chief, president, or even family leader. Because of a physical condition, male’s body is stronger than female. Therefore, male is gain advantage in labor job. Nevertheless, women roles are changed rapidly. There are some research supported that female tend to stronger than male. Even if female is disadvantageous in physical, female is stronger than male in mental. Female can be patient in stress or pressure better than male. Especially, when female pregnant or menstruation, female’s hormone is variable and they can deal with the variable of emotion. Women roles are accepted in society. For example: the main position in big firms is occupied by female, the Philippines president is female also. Women prove they have abilities as men have. Thus, the difference of gender can’t measure in ability, but male can’t do everything as female do. Meanwhile, female has ability to do many things as male. As the result, Female is stronger than male.

My Friend..

Even if it passed for long time ago, I never forget the guy whom I called Gott. Gott, who loved to sing, can sing all the time as he can. I met him in the summer 2000 when I went to the sea. He is my friend’s friend. At first, we just wanted to go the sea at the eastern coast where is nearby Bangkok. We had three members in that trip. We spent two nights in the east coast before we changed the plan to move to the island, which is far away from the coast for 50 miles. I can’t remember that who began this plan but we though it would be exciting! We all have conversations a lot even if I never met him before. At our destination where we all impressed in the white sand and clear sea, we walked in to find the bungalow, which rising their price at the same time for greeting the high season. However, we found a cheaper one, where is far from the beach. We had a little money because we spent too much in two nights at coast and we’re too rush to catch the barge, so, we can’t find any ATM machines in that island. We had many activities in there such as beach volleyball, diving and take a sunbath. I’m very like that trip, which we have shared both happy time and hard time together. I didn’t call him often after he has studied at Australia but our relationship is still remaining. I don’t know exactly what he is doing right now? If I guess, I think he is singing now!

Thailand's Proverb...

Thailand has known as the country which has an excellent poem. Not only the poem but also proverb, which was used in routine life, Thai people avoid to complain or tell something directly to people in some occasions. They always use proverb to explain some behaviors. For example, ‘seeing the elephant defecate, you don’t defecating like that’. It sounded strange but the meaning is the fact of live. It means if you see some people spent too much in luxurious life, you shouldn’t imitate in their behavior. ‘If you associate with the perverse friend you will be run wild and if you associate with the wise man, they will be leading the way to the successful’. It means you will get many troubles if you make the naughty friends, but you will be success if you make the good friends. ‘Hiding the tiger, meet the crocodile’ means you are escaping the poor situation but you meet the worse situation. These are some instances to talk by comparing, which imitate from the actual human life.

The Tool of Faith.!!

The human might have a different in faith or believe, but for the Buddhist, we strongly believe in Buddha.I also believe in sacred of Buddha, because I think I'm saved from the evil. When I came to US,I brought some praying books with me and read before I go to bed everyday. I always round up with an image of Buddha's necklace, which I believe it adhere me to do everything in the right ways. Not only an image of Buddha which I believe but some ornaments which I love, that I brought to America. Collecting the ornaments is one of my hobbies. I interest in silverware and stones. I think it’s very amazing because the stones have many kinds and also have the different in meanings. Before I came here, I went to shopping in Night Bazaar where I can choose a hundred of stones. I got one Tibet’s stone, and silver’s ring from there. However, these are some private appliances which I brought to anywhere I go.

My Fluctuation Life..

I am just ordinary people but my life is unusual. If I write the book of my history, it can be diversify in many tempers. My life contained by humor, happiness, anger and regret. Each mood doesn’t come in the same time. When I have activities with my family, I’m so happy because they aren’t stay together. My parents live in the north but I and my brother live in Bangkok. So, we have the meals together and make a lot of conversations. Some parts of my like are regret when I’m disappointed something such as working stress or broken heart from someone. I’m growing up and realize with cause or consequence. Now I’m better than the past and sometimes I bored myself when I can’t do something even I try. I always tell myself to do the best and keep trying. However, I think that my international student life is the most challenging and exciting because I faced with the new experiences in my life. I never know what will happen next but I should be prepare myself to handle many situations. ‘Keep breathing!’

Egypt, ‘The Mystic Land’

I have dreamed that one time in my life I must go to Egypt. I can’t remember when I loved there but it still reminds me always. I imagine in Giza Pyramids, Great Sphinx of Giza and a long ancient civilization. It’s so amazing! The place shown the extension of agriculture, architecture, engineering and culture from more than 3000 year long history of Ancient Egypt. If I were Egyptian, I want to be an archaeologist. Because it attracts me to discover in many secrets of there. "Egypt is the gift of the River Nile", said Herodotus, the great Greek historian, on his only visit to Egypt. There is no better way to trace the course of Egyptian history than to follow the course of the Nile which is the longest river in the world. Climate in Egypt has only two seasons, a mild winter from November to April and a hot summer from May to October. Egypt has a good basement in economy and tends to increase rate from tourism, agriculture and industry. However, if I has to move to another country, I will choose Egypt absolutely.

My Best Friend. ' How are they look like?'

In my life, I don’t have more friends. Because of shyness and un-talkative of me, when I was in the group of classmate, I didn’t know how I can join their conversations. They always talked about soccer, girls and night clubs but I didn’t. Sometimes I wondered why they don’t talk in the other topics such as movies, hobbies or books. However, I preferred to have best friends more than a lot of junk friends. At this time, I think I have some best friends too. ‘How can I know they are best friends?’ First of all, I consider from sincerely. They should be open their mind to each others and talk through when they have misunderstand in our group. We don’t need to talk about others behind their backs. At the second, hope fulfillment that I think it’s important when someone get troubles or hopeless. It’s time to need someone to talk. Best friend should be put the happiness and add hopeful. Finally, they should be courageous to warn or advice each other when they do something wrong and shouldn’t be esteem for mistake. Three things above sound like simple but it’s hard to do. If you prefer to have best friends, one trick did I recommend ‘you get what you give’.

Poverty becomes an international problem in many countries.Poverty is a condition in which a person or community lacks the essentials for a minimum standard of life.Poverty can understand in many sences,At first,it may be essencial of material resources such as food,drinking water,clothes,medicine and shelter.On the other hands,it may be a social resources such as education,social status.It comes from many factors such as economic growth,government policy,wealthy of natural resources and social freedom.These factors related with number of population and influenced to direct aid.For instance,The World Bank defines extreme poverty as living on less than US$ 1 per day and effects of poverty related with 'poverty cycle' composed depression,lack of sanitation,hunger and starvation,high crime rate,increased suicides,homelessness,low literacy,and drug abuse .As this result,this figure has shown seriously poverty in the world.Therefore,solving process must be necessary,long-term planning and regarded as a social goal.

Pollutions in our planet were increased with our lives.Not only human but also animals was impacted too.Pollutions has separated in many kinds such as air pollution,water pollution,light pollution,and noise pollution.Air pollution seemed to be worse than others.As a result,it's hard to control.Air pollution is a chemical, physical or biological agent that modifies the natural characteristics of the atmosphere and air was used to support life.Air pollution contains many of toxic.Carbon Dioxide is the one of problems which contribute to global warming. the Worldwide air pollution is responsible for large numbers of deaths.In particular,Many factories are the one of causes which should be participated in responsibilities.Thus,They must be invested in the equipments that can eliminated pollution before released.Even though government in many countries has concerned to the pollution's problems by issued the law.But some of factories avoid to collaborate.They just looking for the most profit.Therefore,the best way to solve this problem should be educate value judgement the entrepreneur in ethics,and social responsibility.

It's not Easy to be a Cook..!!

I thought cooking is easy for everyone to learn.But I have changed my mind when I tested the national occupational standard skill in Thai cooking.It was August, 2006,I was pushing forward for announcement.I had passed the test.I was surprise because it was only one-fourth candidates whom passed the test.Before I achieved,I had trained six hours per day from cooking school.I didn't know what the real cooking is.But now,I have learnt it is so hard to be the good cook.In there,they had tought at the beginning of materials,hygiene,cooking technique,decoration,food reserving and carving.When I was studying,I had cooked three or four menus everyday.For two months,I had cooked over 80 menus which some dishes I never knew before.Then the test was come,I had tested both sections in paper and cooking.Although I had been training for a while.In contrast,I was still nervous because judge had cut the score if I had some mistakes.Whatever I did,I had tried to do best.Finally,I was succussful and I have leart that preparing in the cooking school was fun and to be useful for cooking lover whom want to be a good chief.

Thai Traditional Recipe by Your Own..!!

When you imagined about Thailand, You should be think of the tradition, culture, especially food. Thai food was known in many countries because each dish worked with much care and in great details. One of favorite and popular dish is Tom-Yum-Koong. Although it’s complicated in details but you can do it by your own. This is my mom's recipe and method of making Tom Yum Koong and it is the best! This is definitely a recipe that you can only balance by taste -- tom yum goong should never be bland, but hot and sour.

For 2 servings,4 cups of soup stock, 1 cup shrimp, 5 mushrooms, 1-2 limes, 1 lemon grass, 3 kaffir lime leaves, 2 tablespoon fish sauce, 5 sprigs cilantro, 3 chili peppers.

Started boiling the water in 2 quart pot. Slice the lemon grass in a pieces,1 inch long. Stem the kiffir lime leaves and added to the bowl. Clean and halve the mushrooms and add them to the pot. Flavoring with fish sauce and a little sugar. Add the shrimps and wait for a second, turn off the heat immediately. Shrimp will ripe very quickly and then, blend with chili peppers and limes. Scoop them in serving bowl and decorated with cilantros.

Be careful, chili pepper can be hot, take a small sip at a time. If it taste is bland, you can add more fish sauce and lime more or you can cut the chili pepper off if you don’t like hot.

As you see, Thai food is so easy to cook and I hope u will enjoy the fantastic taste by your own…!!

Long time ago,people gained many usefulness from endangered animals.For instance,Viper poison was used for medication,Wild animals were tested in science.
At this time,people tend to be use animal for pets.Many problems were happened because pet owners lack for responsibility.But some cases very close to our lives,it's the violent dogs.Dogs were domesticated from wolves as recently as 15,000 years ago.Although dogs have lived with and worked with humans in so many roles but they still have wild instinct.Dogs can divide by many categories;such as,size,appearance,type of use,or origin.But some violent dogs like Rottweilers and pit bulls have record to attack people.Some people breed them for sports (Dog fight) which illegalize.Many communities are trying to pass laws to ban certain breeds.Instructions for these violent dogs:Never leave infants or young children alone with a dog,Train and socialize your dog,Advise children to avoid approaching unfamiliar dogs.Therefore,people who possessed the violent dogs should be aware their pets for security in the neigborhood.

Sunshine in My Heart..!!

When I though about love,I never expected because I've always believed in destiny. Nobody know when it come. By this time,I think that my destiny has begun. I met the girl in 2003 whom I seemed that we have known for a long time. My ordinary life has changed, I've talked with her everyday. We learnt each other. I remembered everything about her, she love pets and she has seven dogs and two cats. She love to help people, she always joined in charities and donations. When I felt hopeless, she was always filling my hopes even if I felt happy, she never shared my happiness. While I was looking in her eyes, I recieved many messages from her heart. When I am studying in ELI, I guess she is thinking of me also. Anyway, I hope that it will be shine in my mind soon.
